Guy McChesney has been a massage therapist since 1996. He has continued bodywork studies in Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Massage & most recently, Thai Yoga Bodywork (traditional Thai massage). Adira (Emma Holder) has been belly dancing for over 8 years and has choreographed and
performed group and solo pieces all over New England. The name Adira is Arabic for
strong, moves with grace. Her style is direct, playful, fearless, honest and confident.

Mestre João Cascao (João Carlos Bordallo) has studied the Brazilian Martial Art of Capoeira that combines agility, strength, music and mindfulness, for over 30 years.
João draws on his extensive knowledge of this movement form as a vehicle for reaching a unity of body, mind and spirit. He leads groups, exploring the conscious and unconscious possibilities through the spectrum of movement. His work is grounded in Brazilian traditions including the healing arts. His work as a teacher and creator has taken him to Turkey, Japan, United States, Europe and United Kingdom.
